Suboptic conferences regularly attract a large number of attendees. Our last event, held in Yokohama in 2010, attracted over 700 attendees, ranging from senior Executives to specialist engineers and represented over 200 organisations from around the globe. The accompanying Exhibition comprised well over 50 booths promoting products and services from all elements of the industry.

Various Sponsorship opportunities are available, ranging from Sponsorship packages to individual items such as elements of the Gala Dinner, Welcome Reception, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, the Poster Session, and giveaway items for registrants. These are priced from 2,000 – 25,000 Euros
Exhibition Booths
There are over 50 booths available for the Exhibition, each 3m x 3m. Booths can be reserved individually (9 sqm) or in combinations of up to six (54 sqm). The first booth comes at a considerable discount of 3,500 Euro, whilst a free conference registration is included if additional booths are requested.
Hospitality Rooms
Twelve suites based in the hotel area are available for those organisations wishing to have the comfort and privacy for business meetings afforded by such facilities. Each suite is of 20 sqm, suitable for meetings of up to 12 people. They are available for the whole 4 days of the event.
