Auckland – Dotcom's new file sharing website, Me.ga, will need bandwidth to carry all the new traffic that comes with it. New Zealand currently has only one transpacific fiber cable network, so he will build another one. Digital Journal reported on October 27 that Dotcom, founder of the controversial website, Megaupload which was taken down by the US government, is about to launch a brand new file-sharing website. A domain has been chosen, and will officially be me.ga.
