Telstra has its eye on Bevan Slattery’s APX West undersea cable between Perth to Singapore, with the telco publically expressing its interest in acquiring one of the system’s fibre pairs. The move comes in the form of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding between the telco and SubPartners – the company constructing the cable.
