Formerly of TE SubCom and with a Master of Science Degree and background in mechanical engineering, Mr. Tully brings to Pioneer knowledge not only from the undersea telecommunications industry but also experience from the offshore oil and gas, scientific and renewables markets. With a track record of customer management in more than twenty countries throughout the globe, Mr. Tully will apply his technical and commercial expertise to the core international services that Pioneer Consulting offers within the undersea fiber optic cable community.

When asked about his newly appointed position, Mr. Tully stated: “I am thrilled to be joining a global team that will allow me to use a diverse set of skills to help Pioneer’s clients solve complex challenges that they may face. I am confident this will be a very rewarding opportunity.”

As Director of Submarine Solutions, Mr. Tully will use his background to assist with global project development, provide engineering expertise and contribute to the company’s overall client base through account management.
