Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) is pleased to inform its customers at Bayan Baru in Penang that the restoration works on cable breakdown which occurred on Friday, 29 January 2010 have now been fully completed.

TM has already restored its voice, Internet and data services, such as Telephony, Leased Circuit, Data IPVPN, Metro-E, TM Direct and Streamyx/DSL. The services have resumed normal operation since 5.00pm on Tuesday, 2 October 2010. Therefore, all all affected customers in Bayan Point, Jalan Mahsuri, Taman Melati, Jalan Tun Dr. Awang, Jalan Kampung Jawa, Jalan Bahagia Kampung Jawa, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, Persiaran Pantai Jerejak, Taman Lip Sin and Sungai Nibong are now able to utilize all TM services.
