Level 3 Communications will deploy a submarine cable system in Colombia. “We've nearly finished studying the investment and hope that, in a very short time, the submarine cable [project] will be a fact”, Hector Alonso, director of Level 3 Communications for Latin America told Portfolio. The submarine cable will connect the country through the Pacific coast.
