Tele-Post Greenland said it has awarded Alcatel-Lucent Submarine Networks the contract to extend the Greenlandic sea cable from Nuuk to Aasiaat via Maniitsoq and Sisimiut. Tele-Post board chairwoman Stine Bosse said businesses will have greater development opportunities, and the expanded capacity will boost education and the health sector.
