Good morning readers, all.  It's another lovely morning in the Submarine Telecoms industry.  Today I'm sitting in on AP Telecoms second State of Subsea panel.  It's being held in the Corcoran Art Gallery in Washington, D.C.

The panel, which will begin promptly at 8:45, is the latest in a series of similar panels showcasing the work being done internationally by AP Telecom as well as examining important issues for the industry.  Speakers today include representatives from more than 12 companies.  Topics will include emerging markets, future prospects and more.
