GLOBACOM, the indigenous telecommunications firms company, is optimistic about emerging as the successful bidder in the auctioning of the 2.3GHz broadband spectrum license. The winner will be announced later on Wednesday.
Glo and Bitflux are the two companies competing for the license after several other interested firms like MTN, Airtel, Etisalat voluntarily withdrew from the bid.
