The Federal Communications Commission has announced changes to its regulatory fee calculating methods for international submarine cable systems licensees. Â The new fees are effective July 15, 2009. The FCC has compiled a listing of operational systems (as of December 31, 2008) and their associated licensees. A table containing this listing an the fees based on each systems capacity is available on their website.
