The Federal Communications Commission has announced changes to its regulatory fee calculating methods for international submarine cable systems licensees.  The new fees are effective July 15, 2009. The FCC has compiled a listing of operational systems (as of December 31, 2008) and their associated licensees. A table containing this listing an the fees based on each systems capacity is available on their website.
