Tata Communications Limited (the “Company”) (BSE:TATACOMM) (NSE:TATACOMM) announces its intention to terminate the registration of its American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), as evidenced by American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”), under Section 12(g) of the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Act”) and to terminate its reporting obligations with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) under Section 15(d) of the Act. For this purpose, the Company intends to file with the SEC a Form 15F today, June 26, 2014. This is further to the Company’s announcement on June 7, 2013 confirming the delisting of its ADSs from the New York Stock Exchange effective from the close of business on June 7, 2013. The Company expects that this termination of registration will become effective 90 days after its filing with the SEC. As a result of this filing, the Company’s reporting obligations with the SEC, including its obligation to file annual reports on Form 20-F and reports on Form 6-K, will be suspended immediately.
