Subsea cable specialist, Offshore Marine Management (OMM) has strengthened its position in Germany through its registration as a GmbH company (Offshore Marine Services GmbH).
OMM has steadily increased its German client base since opening a project office in Bremen in August 2009.
OMM Operations Director, Eckhard Bruckschen said that this registration will serve to position the company more strategically within the expanding offshore renewable and interconnector German market.
OMM is working for Transpower on Borwin1, and providing support for NSW on Bard1 offshore wind farm as well as personnel services to numerous cable installation companies operating in the German sector.
“This move to register OMM as a German company shows our continued commitment to providing our diverse project services portfolio, including all aspects of cable work, guard vessels, scour protection and survey support, to our client base here in Germany,†Mr Bruckschen said OMM’s German offices are located at Schlachte 12-13, 28195 Bremen.
