AllAfrica.com published an article yesterday with strong words for African ISPs overcharging for high-bandwidth internet connections. Â In the article, the author relates a Utopian future that was promised with the arrival of submarine cables in Mombasa and Dar es Salaam. Â That future looks distant, however, as ISP have failed to lower their rates due to a need to re-coop their investments.
