The Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) announced Wednesday, July 23, that it has expanded its fiber optic network to some 90,000 kilometers after the launch of its P700 million domestic fiber optic network (DFON) in Bohol.
According to PLDT president and CEO Napoleon Nazareno, the intiative wouldn’t end there, with the PLDT Group continuining to invest in building an extensive fiber optic network in the country.
