Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) will set up business offices in Myanmar and the Philippines in 2014 and plans to expand in India, the UK, and Latin America in 2015-2016, according to CHT's International Business Group president Leng Tai-feng.
Overseas business offices are positioned to provide CHT services for Taiwan-based enterprises operating locally and promote cooperation between CHT and local telecom carriers, ISPs and OTT (over the top) operators, Leng indicated.
