The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, a competition watchdog, has launched a review of Telstra's retail prices following a request from the Federal Government.  According to an article on Business Day, Telstra operates under price control arrangements designed to promote competition, and the review will investigate whether the arrangements need to be altered.
