Telekom Malaysia Bhd’s (TM) first private international cable system, Cahaya Malaysia, is deemed fully operational and ready to serve connections between Malaysia–Hong Kong and Hong Kong–Japan.  “Cahaya Malaysia offers industry-leading, ultra-low latency connections from Malaysia to both Japan and Hong Kong, and has been carrying Internet traffic between Malaysia and Japan since August 2012,” TM said in a statement yesterday.
