The government will rent out 40 Gbps (Gigabits per second) of internet bandwidth at around Tk 4.5 crore per month to some Indian states. However, the prices will be finalised when an Indian team from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd would visit Dhaka next week to sign an agreement, said Monwar Hossain, managing director of Bangladesh Submarine Cable Company Ltd that deals with the bandwidth.
