Fiber Misr inks deal with Orange Marine on market services

By TelecompaperEgypt’s Fiber Misr has signed a memorandum of understanding with Orange Marine to establish the first regional centre in Egypt and Africa to provide services for this industry. The cooperation follows Fiber Misr's MoU with Telecom Egypt in the field of submarine cable services, incorporating commercial activities in submarine cable repair and maintenance, marine project management and storage.
Under the new agreement, the parties will cooperate at a strategic and working level, focusing on the development of the African marine company. The MoU provides the basic foundation for such objective and furthermore builds upon continued cooperation between the two parties on additional business levels.
