Myanmar Post and Telecommunications (MPT) recently affirmed that the submarine cable repair would be finished on September 12.
The fibre optic cable, part of “SEA-ME-WE 3”, linking Myanmar and Singapore, was cut off on August 12 and put the country's Internet speed to one fourth of capacity.
