To ensure your press release is considered for publication, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Use AP Style formatting.
- Write clearly, addressing key parties and events within the first two paragraphs.
- Identify the organization or individual sending the release, and include the name and telephone number of the primary point of contact.
- Date the release and specify whether the material is for immediate use or intended for release at a later date.
- Type “END” at the bottom of the last page.
We accept press releases in both Microsoft Word and PDF formats. Please include all relevant media in either JPG or PNG file formats.
